P4p is a snapshot in time. PBF may well be the best right at this minute. But things change daily and you have to prove it constantly. Cotto might beat him. Hatton might beat him in England. PBF was better on the night against Hatton that is all. Duran beat leanord and then lost the second one. PBF was better on the night.
Beating Hatton might have cemented his status a bit more and convinced some who were doubters.

It's only relevant until he loses.. The perception of P4P is very real until Cotto swells him up. Until Mayweather develops more courage and actually fights the best, p4p is a temporary title. He is renting the belt... Til he fights the best, he will never really own it. Just keeping it shiny. Holla.

Well, he's rented the belt for two years and Cotto couldn't even swell up a senior citizen in Mosley after hitting him all night, no way he swells up someone he won't even hit, and he'd get knocked out with the same punch Hatton got uplifted with.

Beating a laid off Judah coming off two losses and an ex-champ pushing 40 in Mosley no way is any indication that you're on Mayweather's level. Stop trolling the forum.

As much as im glad Floyd stopped Hatton, I really hope he decides to fight Cotto. Let Cotto take on on WIlliams or Margarito or even DLH and build up his name and then fight Cotto. I think it will happen but if it doesnt Floyd will be great but always that what if he fight Cotto ?

Tszyu always seems so honest. He always gave Hatton credit for beating him, and I never heard him complain about it being a rough house fight. He always just said stuff like "Nobody thought he would beat me, but he did." Im not suprised at all to see Tszyu say Floyd is the best P4P right now. I dont think its even an argument with serious boxing fans.

I don't know man, Mosley looked pretty good to me in the ring. He really didn't look like a 36 year old that night. He might be a bit out of his prime but he was well prepared, well conditioned.

And Judah is always a threat in the ring.

You cant fault Cotto for beating them both though, that's for sure.
