Enough about Cortez, it wasn't his fault..

Ricky just isn't as great as you guy's think, or wished he was.

What happened Saturday is the EXACT same thing that happened in the Collazo fight. Ricky pressured early, got tired late. I mean someone needs to make some gif's of those weak ass punches that were snappin Ricky's head back. Not those punches where Floyd had his feet planted before the Knock Downs, but before that. lol Floyd's jab was snappin Ricky's head back before the knock downs. He touched Ricky in the face, and his head would just keep going, and going, and going, until it went as far back as it could. The same **** started to happen late in the Collazo fight, late in the fight Ricky looked like he wanted to take a nap, it looked like Luis ****in Collazo was about to put him out. I mean he ate that check hook and he couldnt even keep his legs underneath him or keep his head up, lol the dude just kept going straight into the ring post, he was ready for a nap!

I really can't think of a decent name that Ricky can beat right now, wich is most likely why some people are telling him to retire. I know it sounds like I'm bashing Hatton, but that's cause you're probably a fan. But lets be serious, this guy shouldn't even have been in the ring on Dec. 8th, and because he was in the ring on December 8th, Floyd gets another over rated W to his name, and ontop of that he made an ass out of Ricky. This all could have been avoided, lol I'm not even a fan of Ricky and even I feel bad for him.

But between the press and the average fan saying Ricky had a chance, and a few of you sayin "he'd be more of a challenge then Cotto" for ridiculously ****** reasons that you guys said, and I qoute "Hattons footwork"...lmfao the **** are you guys on?

You ****in morons are apart of the problem...lol seriously.

Ricky Hatton had a decent showing and then got KO'd. It's boxing, when you "BRING IT" you leave your self vulnerable to getting stopped. it's life it happend and it's over, Go back to JW and run the mofo' Ricky. Floyd defend against a TOP welter or go do reality TV shows. werd.

Ricky took the big shots when Cortez separated them and Cortez also prevented him from going all out on Floyd on a number of occasions by breaking it up prematurely.

You're entitled to believe what you want, as am I and others. There will always be a question over the refereeing in this match.

i agree the ref in this fight when we look back on this fight will show that he was being extremely unfair.

The point deduction was ridiculous an Mayweather was fouling just as much, but Mayweather was the better man and beat Ricky and gained my respect and as a fan. Forget the fight now. Hatton will move down to where he belongs, at light-welter, i think he was only ever going to be successful at light-welter because of his small stature. Not to take anything away from Floyd he beat Hatton down.

you have to admit the refreeing was a bit suspect, not enough to change the outcome of the fight but perhaps to make the fight more exciting with Ricky landing bigger shots.

I have forgotten the fight. Its done. Mayweather won. But I'll still say what I think when I see a topic on it in the forum. Thats what a forum is about.

Mayweather should fight Cotto and other challengers and Hatton should fight other big names and if the money is there maybe they'll meet in the future.

No question, Ricky's short arms and hand speed threw Mayweather off, lol Floyd litterally got worked over when he couldn't plant his feet. Floyd tried to plant his feet to get some missles off, but Ricky was just stayin ontop of him. Floyd was off balance and looked horrible for the first part of the fight. That's cause when Floyd can't plant his feet, his punches are weak, he tried to punch with out planting his feet in the Baldomir fight and everyone remembers that fight. That **** put everyone to sleep.

But to fight at this level, when you "Bring it," you gotta be able to stay on your feet. Hatton just isn't on that level. I like the dude, he's funny as hell, it would have been amazing if he woulda won, especially with those fans he had in there with him. But I don't see him beatin any decent name.

If you can weather the Hatton storm and throw any significant punches that sting, Hatton will tip over late. And I think just about every Junior Welterweight and Welterweight that matters right now, is tough enough and sharp enough to do so.

                    AM I allowed to say....

That even though I dont think it would matter in the final outcome....

That I am not bitter.. because I picked Mayweather..And I picked him to KO Hatton...

That it was still a complete pile of Bull **** Point deduction.. and A reffing performance that Jay Nady would be proud of...

I believe I am allowed to be of this opinion.. without taking ANYTHING away from Floyd...
