I think floyd would outpoint him. but I like to see what others think.. they may make points that lead to bigger facts to sway me.
Okay, I guess you are talking about their 2nd fight when Lamotta won a decision; they did fight six times. I have seen a number of Robinson clips over the years, but I'm not a big Robinson fan (not my era), so I can't say I know what you're referring to about his style against Lamotta. As you know, it is pretty much sacrilege to say that SRR would lose to anybody. It is akin to admitting you are a complete idiot if you pick someone against Robinson in a mythical matchup. Even fans who never saw Robinson fight declare him the best of all time, so I suspect that you'll have a hard time convincing anybody of you're point of view; however well reasoned it is. I'm listening though.

I know exactly wha ya mean... thats why i'm trying to be serious...

Guess the only real answer would be if they fought which will never happen.

Would be a great fight I think though....

It would be an amazing fight for the first few rounds, thats why i pick SRR in the early rounds to stop mayweather because that's when mayweather is most uncomfortable and i find it unlikely that Mayweather could figure out Robinson like he did all the others.

I see Robinson's advantage in skill and power taking over, His fluid motions make it hard for a person like Mayweather to predict his next punch.
Mayweather would have a better chance as the fight goes on but Robinson is still dangerous and if it isn't an early stoppage it would end up being a close UD in either way.

But the point i make about footwork is i have never seen RR of balance even with his leaping left hooks. whereas i have seen mayweather of balance

Feel free to prove me wrong I'm open minded
