No it's not, I think Mayweather is all-world, and would destroy Cotto, but the REAL 147 fight is vs Paul Williams. A guy who will fight anybody

Now many on this site know I love Paul Williams. he is one of my favoriates. But Paul has horrible footwork and does no have the power nor skill to compete with Floyd. he stands flat footed most of the time and Floyd would kill him with his footwork. Paul kills you with volume but he would get pot-shot all night and when moved forward with his hands down, Floyd would jump/jab like he always does and move out the way b4 Paul could react.

Williams doesn't have horrible footwork, has way more power then Floyd, and his boxing skill and way he slips punches is more then enough to destroy Mayweather.
