I was very suprised that the fight was even competitive. I expected Lacy to just murder Manfredo in the ring. Maybe it was the ring rust? I dont know...I wouldnt call him a bum but something obviously wasnt right with him last night. He looked like ****, but lucky for him Manfredo looked worse.

Last night's version of Lacy would get destroyed by Tarver and would likely end his career. I just hope that his handlers take that into consideration before sending in a fighter whose very vunerable....

Lacy's confidence is shot to pieces, it would been better if the ref stopped that Calzaghe fight in 8. I mean wasn't Lacy a decorated Amateur, he then goes into a fight he thinks he is definetely going to knock the guy early in and subsequently gets hit 1,008 times. How do you recover from that?

Been thinking about Lacy, and came to the conclusion the reason why GBP signed him is to sacrafice him to Andrade another one of their fighters. Put him in with Manfredo, who people know, let Lacy gain a little fame, and then throw him to Andrade, only thing i could think of, ha.

Golden Boy has to be regretting their decision of signing this guy. I mean he looks like a menace but dude is a joke. I mean he decisioned Peter Manfredo and it was close at that, something even welterweight Alfonso Gomez was able to do. Every time this guy fights it makes Calzages perfomance against him less impressive because anyone halfway decent shouldve done that. I guess basically, like what was said last night, the matchmaking before Calzaghe was handled greatly because i dont ever see this guy becoming a force.
