First of all, Obviously Hatton is in his prime i never said he wasnt. U gotta READ what i WRITE kid...
But Hatton was given no hope.
And Oscar was washed up... and he fought to a split. My point and case right there... although in Floyds defense that was totally undeserved, Floyd won that fight handily.... like he should have.
Pavlik was SUPPOSED to lose to Miranda, thats why they chose him, and he was also SUPPOSED to lose to Taylor, thats also why they chose him.
And Miranda and Taylor, ESPECIALLY Taylor, are not overrating.
Miranda is an excellent fighter when he is going forward and punches like a truck. Many people believe he beat ABRAHAM, and techinically Miranda stopped him in 5 because of the jaw thing, the ref was an idiot. Anyway, Abraham happens to be a Middleweight champ right now and a lot of people think he would have beaten Taylor, Hopkins, or Pavlik...
ANd Taylor beats HOpkins twice and drew with Wright, two hall of famers... thats not what we who know boxing call overrated...Comment

LOL @ that clown trying to hype up a win over Miranda, calling him "prime".. What does it matter that a bum is in his prime? We all know the serious doubts concerning Taylor going into the fight and most writers didn't even consider him a decent champ. He beat Hopkins twice and at that time, Hopkins was still rated higher than him, p4p.
We all know calling DLH washed up is an overstatement since he didn't look it and never has looked it. Always in great shape and was rated top 20 p4p. Plus he held a belt.
Hatton, we know to have been a prime, undefeated, p4p champ. Nothing to say there, Floyd takes it home.

Floyd already won the fighter of the year title by beating Oscar IMO. Knocking out Hatton was only icing on an already big enough cake.
In the biggest fight of the year, maybe the past however many years.........Floyd clearly outboxed and outclassed the biggest name in boxing.
