Oscar happens to be washed up and Hatton was a 3-1 underdog and not A SINGLE US reporter gave Hatton a prayer according to Dan Rafael...

Where as Miranda and Taylor were IN THERE PRIMES, and Pavlik came in as an UNDERDOG against BOTH of them.

Pavlik DEFINETLY deserves it over Mayweather, but Cotto is in close contention as well.

If Mayweather gets it, and he may, it would only be because he brought so much interest and money to the sport, and not for his actual wins.
