Just watched first 4 rounds again, Why the F!!! did Cortez keep breaking it up??

always complaints with big fights like this, chuvalo complained about the same thing during the first ali fight...and of course marvin hagler/srl had similar complaints.

I agree - why was he jumping in all the time?? Would of been interesting to see how it would of went if he had not?

Its the injustice that gets me. Both American and British commentators were constantly commenting on Cortez about how he wasn't letting Hatton fight and how he kept getting involved.

Its not right. Hatton was done out of it.

that prick threatened to take points in what the 2nd round, I forget. Either Floyd would have won, Hatton was hitting, shoulders and arms in there most of the time, his best punch was a jab in the first round in all honesty.

He was just trying to give the audience a boxing match. He hasn't started referring UFC yet.

What you talking about, he had Floyd's head rockin and the crowd geed up.

Then every time, without fail, Cortez turns it from a brawl to a dab dab match.
