FROM SHAWN,
Hatton had a better chin coming into the ring weighing 160lb than coming in weighing 145lb. Hence, Hatton could take punches from the harder hitting Collazo at 160lb, but not the lighter hitting Mayweather at 145lb.[/QUOTE]
sounds like a lame excuse to me. Cotto struggled with weight and took the shots better when he moved up in weight. Hatton moved up and has a weak chin. your point?Comment

Floyd is only the best fighter since Roy Jones jr.
And personally, Id give that honor to Ivan Calderon.
Its incredible how quickly people forget the past.
Floyd's performance tonight was very subpar for Floyd. Lots of single pot shots. Lots of dirty fighting and inactivity.
Floyd only had 2 brilliant moments in the fight. The two combinations he put together against Ricky in the center of the ring.
So all of about 25 seconds of the fight was really brilliant. I actaully thought Ricky was done after the first one, but he came back.
Other than that, Floyd just kinda sat there while Joe Cortez pulled Ricky off him.Comment
