      he was out..........

      knocked the **** outttttttttttttttt

he couldnt have fought even if cortez held him up ..........

hatton is a bum and got pissed on in front of his fans family friends and dog.......
If Hatton is a bum, then let call it how you see them, Floyd must be a bum too, because Hatton was beating Mayweather and giving him hell!

What was funny was to read what Mayweather said about how he fought every challenger, yet he avoided Margarito at the time when Margarito hadn't lost in a **** load of years. I said read cause the bar then played ufc on load speakers and boxing with the reading on tv.

Mayweather couldn't avoid fighting Hatton. Hatton was all over floyd like a fly on ****. I had Hatton winning untill the stoppage.

And anybody who talks down on Ricky Hatton should be shot and be forced to go and watch the ufc as punishment.

I've read some of the thread titles and posts all about hate towards Ricky Hatton. I for one give Hatton all the respect in the world he walked the talk.

Why the hell didn't Joe Cortez take a point away from Mayweather for using his elbow through out the fight? I swear the point taken from Hatton was bull****.

Hatton fans are some loud sob's, lol.
You must be kidding Floyd was in total control of the fight!!! Did the point matter??? Floyd dropped him!!!

I do agree about Hatton pushing the action though. So many people ripped me on here after the Oscar fight when I blamed the non action on Oscar. I said that he was wearing small gloves, fighting in a small ring, and was fighting a much smaller man. He couldve definatly made that a fight if he wanted to but he chose to box just as much as Floyd. Its his fault for not taking it to the smaller man. I said that Hatton & Cotto would never let Floyd just stay on the outside like that and it showed tonight.
Delahoya did press the action the only way he knows how, with in his boxing style.

Hatton has his own style, a style to beat Mayweather unfortunatly he got caught coming in and the fight was stopped short after.

I'd agree that early on Floyd was a little flustered by the pressure, but throughout the whole fight he landed the better punches. He adjusted well, and Hatton didn't adjust with him.

Hatton put up a good fight. I was a little disappointed because he claimed he would do more and prove he wasn't 1-dimensional, but he fought his heart out and Floyd got the better of him.

Advoided Margarito...wow. Truth is Margarito wasn't a money name and had no notable resume on his record at the time (Minus Cintron and Clotely). People would be bitching he ducked Baldomir if he fought Margarito too. He also wanted to fight De La Hoya at the time so he played the waiting game.

Then insted of Margarito finally fighting the big name that he wants, he goes to fight Paul Williams and loses. Yes I am aware he was his mandatory, but he would have won the WBA belt anyway if he had beaten Cotto (which is unlikely anyway)

                Haters...unbelievable.

He sure took a lot of punchs if he was such in control and was forced to fight Hattons fight.

In one sentence you say he doesn't have a big name, then you say he does by mentioning and accepting Cintron and Clotley as big names. LOL, talk about being a hater.

Plain and simple Margarito offered him the money that he was looking for.

Margarito got paid more money for the williams fight then he was going to get for the Cotto fight which at the time was still not a gurantee.

                      Defently, HATERS...UNBELIEVABLE!
