I should give him credit for abandonning his Body Attack???

I would give Him Credit if he did what he said he would do(win or lose) But he didn't..
He did not use "Intelligent agression" he was ******.. Head hunting when the body was free..
He did exactly what Floyd said he would do.. Instead of what HE said he would do..

I cant give him credit for not giving 100%.. He promised so many people he would.. And By his own admission.. he didnt..
Ok, I piss you off. Whatever. Sorry that I can't get hyped over somebody who turns a fight into a wrestling exhibition. Maybe that translates into heart for you... but I personally don't call every guy who gets smacked up a warrior. He didn't hit, and he got hit-- simple.
I wrote that quote in Kball's thread... So I agree completely.

    Good thread, Welt.

When push came to shove Mayweather stepped up a gear and Hatton couldn't keep up.

It was a valiant effort but the best man won.

Right and that had absolutely nothing to do with Mayweather.

Y'know, Ricky just decided after 43 fights and winning, to just stop doing what he does best against Floyd. You're absolutely right, Floyd Mayweather had nothing to do with it....

Where was the Body attack??? Why was Hatton Head Hunting Floyd Mayweather???

He himself said.. "you are not going to beat Floyd Mayweather by head hunting"

He tried his best till Cortez deducted the point.. and then Used it as an excuse to give up...

Maybe I am wrong.. But I am no fool..I saw his Body language change from that point on..

I personally did overestimate Hatton. I thought he'd give Floyd more trouble, maybe winning four rounds, but he was outclassed. Floyd adjusted to him, and he couldnt adjust to Floyd.

From what I saw at least. The stream was **** 50% of the time.

He definitely wasn't head hunting and was punching to the body at every single opportunity he had on the inside. It just wasn't available for it to be hit.

Please give Mayweather's best attribute, and one of the greatest attributes a fighter could ever possess in the sport: Floyd's defense, a little credit.

I assure you, Welter, it's no coincidence.

Please rewatch the fight after letting the result sink in for a few days. It was a very emotional fight.

I spent the whole fight focused on waiting for ONE thing.. That Body punch.. It never came because HE NEVER THREW IT....

He absolutely did. It simply wasn't landing.

Here's an idea, Welter, you get in the ring with Floyd Mayweather, and you throw your body punches. Let's see how well you keep it up after eating hard counters for 8 rounds.
