In a way I'm glad Hatton was stopped and not beaten by decision, because at least we have a finality, we know how he was beaten. We don't have to put up with quite as much revisionism because the gloaters don't have to feel they need to overstate their case to feel like they were right. I mean there's some revisionism going on with some posters who I suppose don't feel secure enough to accept that the fight was competitive in the first half, so they have to pretend that Floyd was dominant throughout, but on the whole most of Floyd's real fans (not the trolls who get pleasure out of upsetting strangers) are happy enough with the result as it was.
