If he beats floyd he beats the universally recognised pound for pound champion. by that logic he should become p4p no1 although i can see why you would question it. he will also be a two weight champion and even those who question his win over collazo would have to agree. i think if he wins he is p4p number 1, altough hopkins and pac man might have something to say about that.
