The UK has a more reliable electricity grid than the US. Ever have rolling blackouts? Haven't had those in the UK since the 70s, and those were caused by the Unions.we get excited but we actually have electricty that works so we do PPV..
You could say it but you wouldn't understand it.CAN WE SAY IRONY!?
No, it is Columbo. I've seen that show. He's cool and wears a rain coat. Yeah! His name is Columbus you ****in idiot and he was from Genoa Italy.
Why is that? The French still spoke French when they wre occupied. As for what you have done for us...call us even,if it wasn't for America you idiots would be speaking German now.Comment

I agree 100% with this thread. ****ing wankers not giving him some support in his own country. It was obvious he was bothered about it. All the bull**** about people are coming to watch this fight because of floyd went out of the window. They are coming to watch the fight mainly because of ricky hatton and the type of boxer , peson he is.
WHAT A JOKEComment

wtf? don't turn this into a uk against us thang. we support our fighters, just this fighter is someone we don't like and the majority of us want hatton to win. i'm in iraq right now with your countrymen and we are all gonna watch this fight together, and not a single american here is rooting for mayweather. MAYWEATHER DOES NOT REPRESENT AMERICANS, HE REPRESENTS HIMSELFComment

Our UK boys and your US boys are working hand in hand and I know from speaking to people touring iraq and afganisatan that the effort that both sides do effects each other lives.
As you know UK and USA troups have the upmost of trust and respect for each other.
U US boys keep up the good work, our uk boys appreciate it- and i hope vice versa, our boys keep getting ****ed by IED's etc.
You guys enjoy the fight, like I said keep up the good work

This is the biggest point of all. I think British fans are great and their passion for the sport is awesome. The fact that they travel huge distances to support their guy is great, too. But honestly, Brits - please don't question the U.S. fan base simply because we don't (all) support a loud-mouthed ponce who needs his ass kicked in the worst way. Some of us (and there's nothing wrong with those who DON'T feel this way) appreciate a little humility in a fighter. The ONLY person who has really brought up the "country vs. country" thing has been Floyd in a pathetic attempt to glean more PPV buys and make himself look better. Unfortunately when he's flipping off English fans and insulting everyone who doesn't have as much money as he does, its not hard to see through.
But seriously, don't expect us to like the guy simply because we're Americans.Comment
