Dude is saying because no white guy has ever beaten him, (would take a pretty big stretch of "logic" to say) that no white guy ever could. Therefore it is okay to say that no white guy ever could.

Actually, that's not what I said. If you would have read the entire post, I said that statement could change if he fights Calzaghe. Implying that I don't think it's impossible. I just said, up until this point, he's not been proven wrong.

If you make a claim, and no one can prove you wrong, the claimn has more validity then what most MAY like to admit.

Like I said, he can be beaten by a white guy, sure. BUT, he can make the claim. We all have the right to a theory, especialy one that has YET to be proven wrong.

Logic.. a science that deals with the principles and criteria of validity of inference and demonstration.

As demonstrated in the times that Hopkins has fought white guys, they don't beat him.

I remember when Roy Jones said no one could beat him, whe he only had the DQ loss. I hated it, but it was true. Because at that point, that was the sciense. As in, SCIENCE.. the state of knowing. From what we knew, he had never been beaten as a pro. He was unbeatable. Then, that changed. So, when he said it after losing to Tarver, he sounded like an ass.

However, Hopkins has yet to be proven wrong.

Realistically, you can assume SOME white guy out there can beat him. Has not been proven yet.

And how many fights have you been in? Have you fought at a top level? Have you done so for a significant amount of years? Do you do so anually for a living? Do you put yourself in a situation to fight guys who have a chance to beat you?

I've heard worse, but what gets me is how black/wannabe black posters on this forum say how it's ok to do it as it promotes the fight, but say that if Calzaghe did the same, it'd be completely uncalled for and wrong.
