I wondered why he only went down 3or 4 inches myself. I'm sure they have there reason's though. That's still not bad for a man as small as Hatton.

Not a full press, but still very impressive.

Well, in this case his shortness actually helps.

And it's not a news that Hatton is very physically strong, many people before had pointed this out.

I think I read in a tabloid that Wayne Rooney beat him in an arm wrestle.

              Useless information of course.

You're right. We call people in our gym that do that Arthur Rep (half a rep).

If he would have flexed his knees fully then tried to push the weight back up you'd have seen him struggle a lot more. I'm sure I could bench an extra 40kg of what I do now if I only lowered the bar to half way down.

Yeah he did, but they werent close to full leg presses, they were probably only 1/4th of a full leg press.

lol anyone who thinks those are legs presses hasnt spent a hour in a gym in his lifeHe barely bent his knees. I like those guys who put a ton on wieght on a bar/machine and either need 3 people spotting them to complete one rep.Or they do baby reps and get up like theyre strong lol.
