Ok, the only place we disagree is in the bottom of your post. I think strategizing to upset your son is a great way for Sr to get what he wants. If he exposes a big hole in Floyd's game and that piece of information leads to the loss of Floyd's 0...then mission accomplished. I think that would really testify to the greatness of Sr as a trainer.

Where we do not disagree is in this; My opinion is that Sr. is the best trainer in the sport. I favor him over Roger any day.

As if you guys couldn't tell, I don't think much of Floyd Jr's judgement or personality. I certainly think he deserves the number 1lb for lb fighter spot though.

I have much greater respect for Mayweather Sr, from what I know, and it's hard to not root against Floyd Jr. That doesn't mean I let it cloud my judgement though, my money has been on floyd for the last 5 of his fights and to me...he truly is "money" mayweather. But I DO think he's a jackass.

Doesn't matter either way. Sr. said he'd never do something like that to his son because regardless of whatever happens between the two, that is still his son. Sr. also expressed his hurt over not being able to see Floyd's kids.


They need to make up. It's so sad.

I read it and Sr. makes some great points and a lot of it I respect. Sr. is also right about somebody probably trying to rob PBF one day. I have seen it happen in my city just as well I am pretty sure many other have seen it where they live at. Its a new report of some so called rapper or athlete getting robbed everyday. Thats what flossing and stuntin gets you if your name not heavy in the streets and sometimes even if your name rings bells in the streets somebody is willing to try you.

Honestly PBF and SR. might just need to lock themselves in a room have a good fight then talk and make up be like they really supposed to be. That was really a good read and shed a different light on Sr. hopefully he doesn't go back on his word and keeps all family stuff in house like it should be.

I have thought about that a lot too. No one will be afraid because he is Floyd Mayweather the boxer if they have a gun.

His fists will not stop any bullets. In plus it's so corny. None of his yes men will admonish him because as his father said, he takes care of them.
