Tszyu was Undisputed at Jr Welter, Floyd was never champ at Jr Welter, as Hatton beating Collazo at Welter dident make him Champ. This is the fight between the two Linear Champs at Welter and Jr Welter. Delahoya never fought Tszyu when he was at 140, but I do agree he would have probably won. Saying that, Dlh isnt the same fighter he was 8 years ago.
