IMO its very close, but heres the way i see it.

Hatton will obviously rush Floyd hard and fast and not let him pot shot. Floyd likes to have his space and choose his moments to throw shots, which Hatton wont allow him.
Also Floyd isnt a volume puncher so that works in Hattons favour. Floyd will be out of his comfort zone for 12 rounds.

In the Castillo Corrales fights Floyd moved backwards immedietly wen they came at him. His main concern is to not get hit, so he slips, moves, covers up or clinches until their attack was over. He didnt really throw back. Again thats in Hattns favour as he constantly attackes. Yet i think that will force Flyd to exchange, and believe he does have the sharp hurtful punches to hurt Hatton.
Hatton cant afford to get hit too much. Yet at the same time Floyds main weapon is his right hand, so if u know that, thats half the job done.

Then its all about Hattons power and Floyds body. Can Floyd take those crippling shots? Even if only a few get in, they can be devastating. I honestly think Floyd will hold up. He is superbly conditioned and i think much stronger than is given credit. Also physically capable of handling the rough housing of Hatton. Floyds chin wont be a factor.

Stylistically i think its Hatton fight. But Hatton is vunerable, he can get hurt. And if he does Floyd will unload.
Its a more dangerous fight for Hatton.

Becuase Floyd usually wins very comfortably i think there is much more to him. We dont know what he is capable of wen behind or hurt. So he has the X factor.
With Hatton we have seen everything. And know he has real heart and spirit and has been hurt and in real trouble before, but survived.

Its a toss up. But i actually believe Hatton can do it on points as the best way to keep Floyd quiet is to attck him.

"I know" was in reference to after the fact, I'm responding to somebody every time I finish a previous post. The same thing with weepaul, whom you see that I apologized to above, after the fact. Communications gets lost with intention. I definitely wouldn't build on my "I know" comment since it was a relative "I know", meaning, "I see", "I understand", but, this that and the third. All that I saw was puppy dog eyes in response to a bit of what some would consider to be vulgar language. The first thing that goes through a self-conscious persons' mind is that they're being judged for their seemingly primitive behavior. I may just be typing too fast and am coming off as a bit of a prick right now, so I'll slow it down (not calm down, since I'm always calm)... Apologies though.
