Chavez was a good fighter and was prime at the time , he was better than most of Rickys opponets with only Luis and KT better , the only guys to beat Jesus Chavez were Eric Morelles , Diaz and Mayweather , he had wins over Tom Johnson and Espinoza and Hernandez and he really killed Leavander RIP in a brutal fight ,,,, you dont know what your talking about as Chavez was no easy beat or no has been , he was a very good dangerous fighter .

You also left out the fact that since then, Mayweather has became smarter, sharpened his defense, and grew accustomed to fighting bigger fighters. And yes, I think Mayweather-Hatton will be a great fight, with Mayweather ending it in similar fashion.

How the hell was he a bum when he was the number 1 contender at 35-1 and after Floyd, didn't lose until after he won a world title, lost to Morales, and won another world title while killing a man in the process? I think there will be alot more wrestling than in that fight. From BOTH fighters. Floyd didnt exchange against Castillo and Corrales, he either slipped and moved away fast or tied them up wen they got too close.
