Zab being his friend could have a lot to do with it. I also wouldn't doubt that Tyson is trying to restore his name after all the hate he showed us for years. You can tell he has a guilty conscious because of it in more recent interviews. The damage has been done though, and he'll be hated by many for the rest of this generation. Fans looking back on Mike 100 years from now won't hate him like he's being hated now.

You're right. He was a hateful person especially a few years after he got out of jail. It's weird because in the beginning of his pro career he was the nicest kid you could meet. He was so respectful and humble when he was a young pro. Even considering the **** he pulled, he is still one of my favorite fighters ever.

It is pretty sad what happened to him. He just didn't have the mental capacity to handle what comes with such huge fame. Very few people do and it really screws them up. It just screws some people up much worse and in Mikes case it was much, much worse. Sad story from one who had the ability to get out of his unfortunate start with boxing only to see it f%^&$d up even worse.
