Fact is Floyd got booed in his backyard. That would never happen to a british fighter, or any other fighter for that matter. I don't know how he can live with that. Ricky Hatton comes all the way from Europe to the States only to have a bigger fanbase than the #1 fighter in the world. I think that's the first time in history that ever happened. This is not about money ******, this is about character. Floyd has lost his original character, he's not easy to take seriously and the way he talks is very transparent. When he was younger, he wasn't anything like this. Somewhere down the line, Floyd made an unecessary change, for the worse. If Floyd acted a little more professional (aka Oscar, Wlad) he'd have a bigger treasure, a bigger fanbase, bigger support. Floyd could've played it smart like Oscar, and become a recocnizable figure not just in the sport of boxing, but in the whole sport scene as well.

According to fight news.com interview of both fighters..... Floyd got booed at the arrival while Hatton got cheered. Anyone know whats up with that?

This is what Hatton said:

"The reason I came to fight in the US in the first place was to get a fan base and here we are at the grand arrivals and I'm getting all of the cheers. Not one person cheered for Floyd, they are all my fans. We are here in his hometown, in Las Vegas, and not one fan in the crowd. He seems like a confident man, but I think he's a bit insecure. This is his hometown and if I got booed in my hometown of Manchester, I would hate that kind of reception.
