yeah man i heard that, but its all bull ****. Of course floyd would get cheered hes the pride and joy of vegas. And as for hatton getting cherred obviously he has paid for like 400 tickets for his fans flights over there. Plus, the people there probably dont no any of there records lol.

Chyeaah right, I'm from Vegas and no one gives a damn about Mayweather.
What people fail to realise is that so many people fly in from out of town here in Vegas to see fights, it can be anyones crowed advantage. The only home town hero we really had in the recent past was Chico Corrales. And the reason why is because Chico was always out in the community around various gyms and amongst the fans, Even though most his life was in Frisco we considered him one of our own. Mayweather hasn't had the same presence in Vegas and as a result the town hasn't warmed up to him.

I doubt the people in Vegas would mourn Mayweather like they did Chico.

I lived in Europe for 4 1/2 years and have been to England and they actually are healthier and are in better shape on a whole than Americans, so i wouldn't start running my mouth especially since I am sure you have never been there.

Mayweather was not raised in Vegas, He has only lived here a few years. That's the reason why. The reseption would have been completely different in Gran Rapids.
