Well if Floyd is training at night in the USA and if Hatton is Training during the day in the UK, wouldn't they be training at pretty similar times anyhow give the time difference?

Thats not true, the hormone levels are at its highest in the morning when one wakes up. This is why a mans first morning piss contains lots of hormones. The piss later on in the day contains other ****.

Kinda, when you lift weights and you go to sleep, thats when you build the most muscle cause when you're in bed not moving, your body's healing from the work out and during that time your muscles are litterally growing, thats part of healing.

So aslong as people who train at night get the right sleep during the day, they'll be alright.

Have you ever played any sports.....It gigves you a PSHYCOLOGICAL advantage.

I play running back and I train at night and real early in the morning..ecause most likely my competition is sleeping.

I train on friday nights, saturday nights..when my competition is partying.

              Its a mind thing.

I like to train at night, but ive been doing it before i got right into floyd so he's not really made me do it more before anyone says its just cos i like floyd lol, makes me feel better gettin up in the middle o the nite and going running when the roads are empty and everyone is in bed sleeping, all i think about is distance, no distractions, and then if i get to go to the gym early hours in the morning there is no1 there so no waiting on machines

18 posts and nobody has stated the obvious.

At what time are fights usually held? At night. At what time does the headliner usually fight? Around midnight, right? Well, Floyd is training his body so that his most active time is when he needs it most: at night.

Other fighters train during the day and go to bed early. So, when fight night comes around, their bodies think it's time to sleep and they might not perform as well as if they had trained their bodies to peak at Midnight or 1AM.

                    That's the advantage.
