BoxingScene Sits Down With Ricky Hatton

After months, years even, of waiting for that special fight, Ricky Hatton is about to step into the reality of a true super fight, by that I mean on US soil, when he takes on Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas next Friday. [details]

I can’t believe the WBC is even sanctioning this fight. I thought they were trying to prevent mismatches

        Hatton: Winner

In a recent poll, here in the States, they had a "who is your favorite between Hatton/Mayweather." Hatton's results, 81%. I was glad to see that! I believe Hatton will shut up all the Floyd 'I like boys' Mayweather fan's. I say the U.S. is ready for a true champ, Ricky Hatton.

Cheers for the remarks on the interview guys. If Floyd is dominant his fans get what they want, if Hatton wins his fans are happy but if both gel and the fight is excellent we are all happy.

Hopefully the best man wins in a definitive fight.

The quotes make it worth reading but that is an absolutely appalling article. Whoever wrote that should stick to the conventional style.

I'll have to agree... he's really a comedian, I just saw on 24/7 his version of Floyd's Pad work... he's funny... it's going to be even more funny on December 8th, when he will say in the post fight interview: Damn I really thought I could beat him, I'll never thought he's that fast *looooooooooooooool*

I'll mean it's almost sad, I mean Hatton has to believe, but if you're on the outside, you must know the difference between believeing and dreaming... how should somebody who couldn't even open up an oppenent (I'll think Urango) in ''his'' weight class, how should he open up an opponent who's the best in defending *loooooooooooooooooooool* But respect to your Brits, at least you support your fighters...

I'll hope that Hatton really comes forward and does what he says... so at least it should be entertaining the first 4 to 6 rounds, after that it's going to be pretty one sided

You need some smelling salts brother. Floyds **** fumes have made you utterly delusional to the point that a 43-0 4 time champ in his prime has no chance!

                    Wake the **** up!
