There is alot that we never see before each fight, i remember reading and hearing about how nervous joe calzhage was before his fight with Jeff Lacy, we dont know these guys personally and we dont see them on a daily basis, so its really impossible to tell anything until they get into that ring.
Mayweather is starting to make me think twice ...why does he ...

He shat himself, and it brought out the best in him that night, he was legitimatley afraid of getting hurt. There is alot that we never see before each fight, i remember reading and hearing about how nervous joe calzhage was before his fight with Jeff Lacy, we dont know these guys personally and we dont see them on a daily basis, so its really impossible to tell anything until they get into that ring.Comment

I don't like it at all. For example. I wouldn't order the fight. Unless, you know.. Margarito beat someone worth a ****. Then, I might. But, of course you know that's a question you're giving me in hopes of baiting me.I respond to the content of your posts. If that makes you feel like a "Floydboy" then that's your problem. When I call you "nutlicker" then you'll know that I'm referring to you as a "Floydboy", so don't put words in my mouth. As of yet, I have not referred to you as a "nutlicker". But, when you decide to jump up and categorically make an excuse for Floyd leaving the 154 belt on the road and retiring rather than defend it, then I'll most certainly consider you to be in the subject category. (because there is no excuse other than to admit 154 was too much for Floyd to handle without serious risks to the precious undefeated record).
As to your proposed bet: If you will take the time to actually read my post, you will have seen that I left open the possibility of Floyd taking a fight with Cotto if the money was incredible...that he'd do it as a "swan song and prayer" before retiring). So why would I make the bet?
How about you and I betting on Floyd fighting Margarito in 2008?? How do you like that prospect?
As far as the 154 argument, he moved up ONLY to fight De La Hoya. He dropped the title to go to the more impressive division, and you FAULT him for that? Are you ****ing kidding me? Sure there are risks at 154, big ****ing deal. he's a natural 140 pounder at this point. Is that something to be ashamed of?
And I never put words in your mouth, you just say things like "That's typical response by somebody who really understands Floyd Mayweather." It's an implication. Pretty easy to see.Comment

maybe because head-hop doesn't have the same hurt hands as Floyd, if he was 42 with Floyd Mayweather's hands he would have BEEN stuck in his office weighing at least 200-220 pounds and doing paperwork, to deal with hand injuries isn't easy and if you want to get technical his massage therapist was right there to confirm it, she can get sued for lying like that and she went out on the record and vouched for that, ain't no excuses homie thats just how you choose to take it, you and the rest of these guys on here but truth be told if his hands hurt then I can understand him coming forward and saying so, he let us into his private life and showed us his step by step procedures on healing his hands.. y'all should give him a little more credibility because y'all only pointing out 1 part of the show, what about the rest of the show where he would say how bad he was going to **** Ricky Hatton up? speak on both sides..keep sayin his body is tellin him that he shouldnt fight anymore ... Bernard is 42 and still taking out people from the pound 4 pound list ... floyd is starting to bother me about this ****...why say that before the biggest fight of your career ... why say it now ....??? does he have a game plan or what ???? muh fuccka starting to sound like hes making excuses ahead of time .... he can lose to anybody else except ricky hatton ...Comment

Keep in mind the way Floyd fights...also he trains hard like Hopkins, but people have different bodies...keep sayin his body is tellin him that he shouldnt fight anymore ... Bernard is 42 and still taking out people from the pound 4 pound list ... floyd is starting to bother me about this ****...why say that before the biggest fight of your career ... why say it now ....??? does he have a game plan or what ???? muh fuccka starting to sound like hes making excuses ahead of time .... he can lose to anybody else except ricky hatton ...
Floyd is great defensively, but relies on his body and arms to absorb shots and that eventually can take its tollComment
