Oops .Strengths
Mayweather: Hand speed, foot speed, ring savvy, chin, discipline, patience, and conditioning.
Baldomir: ring savvy, counter-punching ability, determination, focus, chin, use of physical attributes.
Weaknesses
Mayweather: lack of one-punch power, unproven chin.
Baldomir: lack of one-punch power, lack of hand and foot speed.
The Questions
Mayweather: How will he react to a fighter who may be as savvy and as focused as he is?
Baldomir: Can he find a way to elude Mayweather's tremendous hand-speed, What approach will he use, the counter-punching approach or the aggressive approach?
What each fighter must do to win
Mayweather: "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather Jr. must not try to out-maneuver nor out-work Baldomir. He must be calm and relaxed and fight a very smart and cautious early in the fight to understand the approach his opponent's taking. Later in the bout, Floyd must still be aware of the threat Baldomir brings even if Mayweather is leading. Basically, Mayweather must fight a very technical and consistent fight to emerge victorious.
Baldomir: Carlos "Tata" Baldomir must also fight a tactical fight. There is no question he will remained focused for the twelve rounds and he will need to. He must use his jab, double up on the left hook as he did against Gatti, and also try to slowly close the gap and try to fight inside later in the fight.
The Outcome
This fight may be boring, but we will definitely see Mayweather forced to fight harder and tougher than we ever seen him battle though not in exciting fashion. Baldomir will use an effective left jab and we will see him display good boxing skills. The obvious synopsis of the fight is that Mayweather is too quick for Baldomir but I think Baldomir will use his counter-punching skills, his patience, and will succeed in an extremely close fight.

I was here when that fight happened and Yes a lot of people here did pick Baldomir. Most of their reasoning because Baldomir was a bigger fighter and he hadn't lost in 8 years.
I wasn't here for Gatti, but there was an equal amount of people that though Judah was going to win,and don't even get me started on all of the ODLH supporters around here.
How many times can you predict a guy to lose? It's like they keep picking him to lose to finally say "I told you so" even if it is after the fact.
I may not be the biggest fan because of some of the stuff he says, but I'm not going to count him out of every fight like he hasn't done **** to earn the P4P title, just because he is ****y outside of the ring or may not be the best example of a role model.Comment

I wasn't here for Gatti,QUOTE]
i was. alot of people figured mayweather would win, some thought gatti could score a knockout being the bigger fighter weightwise and power wise.
the thing is, nobody, and i mean NOBODY thought floyd would go toe to toe, everyone figured floyd would dance his way around to a 12 round desicion, but everyone picked gatti if the fight didint go 12 rounds because Gatti figuratively speaking would likely stop him.
but when mayweather stood toe to toe like that, it was huge because nobody saw it coming at all.Comment
