hatton would be over him like a spider monkey not leaving paul any room to get his punches off, williams has a very, very big target for hatton to land those fercious body shots on.

cotto would ship the first 4 before his relentless stalking would wear williams down and i could see him breaking williams up before the 10th.

i dont like williams over floyd either because floyd is to smart to get caught by 100 straight punches a round, williams fights in straight lines and mayweather would be creating angles all the time while pot shoting at will....no-brainer this one.
    all IMO of course.
What of his fights makes you think he needs room to throw his punches, or do you just assume that because he's tall. He is very effective from anywhere, and until recently as he's been expanding his game, was more of a inside fighter.

Floyd will not get caught with 100+ punches, but he will get outworked, and against a guy that big, with that big a reach, that active, it is hard to effectively counter without getting countered yourself. Floyd likes to be patient and look for his spots, but against someone with this kind of workrate that is extremely hard to be effective against.

Again, you can't pot-shot or counter effectively when someone is throwing that many punches, especially one as skilled as him, that is developing a solid outside game as he is. Just too tall, too big a reach, and too unorthodox a style for those kind of proportions.
