no way. baldomir is a bum. i think chavez would knock him out. chavez could go toe to toe and not worry about baldomirs power only his chin.

While I do think Jr is the favorite I think Baldomir would be able take more punches as he is a naturally big fighter dragging the fight on and like I said in my other post Chavez Jr. still has quite a bit of maturing to do.

i cant wait to see a real war between two mexican fighters when chavez jr fights alfonso gomez. this is an action fight that the fans need to see and someone will get knocked. this is the kind of fights we need for boxing.

The only problem with "latinos", but MOSTLY MEXICANS, is that they want a brawl in every single fight. These pendejos don't understand that everyone wants a brawl, but this is boxing. So, TacoEaters, can't see beyond the brawl and can't appreciate a different point of view.

For example, must Mexicans hate MayWeather and love Margarito. They will bet their houses, back accounts, wife and family on Margarito vs. MayWeather. Am I wrong??? Not! Margarito is not a bad boxer, but he is not the best out there. Floyd will beat him, period.

Another example, Ivan "IronBoy" Calderon schooled Esque last night. Most of the world saw the fight 118-112 in Calderon's favor. Still at the end of the fight, the Mexican Moron and his Followers were screaming their hearts out believing the ESE won thi fight. For the love of God, he connected 6% of all jabs, and under 20% overall. He connected 9 jabs only. MEXICANS JUST LOVE TO SEE THEIR BOXERS THROWING THEIR HEART OUT AND HITTING THIN AIR. Un****ingBelievable!!!

Is not we hate our mexican brothers..., mejicanos don't respect the boxer that wins by way of schooling the other and getting all the points... most rounds. You are the ones been disrespectful first.

              You are a ****ing ******.

El Finito and Chava aren't huge in Mexico for nothing.

All the Mexican Barrera fans still regard his schooling of Hamed as one of their best memories of him.

Don't talk out of your ass... your prejudice comes out.

Please dont hop on the Chavez Jr bandwagon. I already hate Margarito as a fighter because of people like you who are dillusional, dont let that happen to Chavez.

Jr. has a padded record just like his father.

Is not prejudice. I am boricua, and I love brawls. Even I dislike their styles, I still got respect for Mayweather, Guzman and Calderon for example. I was responding to the delusional original post on this thread, but it is obvious that latinos and mostly mexicans are always the first to critize boxers not named "Margarito" when you talk about all boxers in his weighting range. Chavez Jr. is great and should keep up and be a champ one of these days. He is earning respect. He just needs to show respect back to his opponents. If he is going to talk about been better than others (Sanchez) and been on another level, don't say you will show it by fighting Gatti, Baldomir or Gomez. His attitude is not one to be respected. He happens to be Mexican.
