Margarito is a top contender at 147 whether anyone likes it or not.
Luis Collazo, Joshua Clottey, and Kassim Ouma all told me in the last month that they'd fight Margarito. There's a good start. Other than that, anyone else with a pulse. His opponents of late have been of the "Sans Pulse" variety.

      lol. Clottey and Willaims...lol

ok , son.. Shlong was a gimmie..

Funny how when Clottey fought Corrales after the Marg fight and in an interview just before the fight he stated he bruised a knuckle and didnt break his hand.. then they asked him..After Corrales who do you want? He never uttered Antonio Margarito ,..yet when he talks to you, in conversation he says he would fight him. that's cute

Becuase I like Castillo more than I like Marg, I hope Castillo nails him with a perfect left hook.

Did you see the COLLAZO FIGHTS? mOSLEY AND Hatton...

Hatton struggled bad and Mosley dominated...

Floyd going after Hatton is a joke, COTTO is the best welter weight in the world....
Okay, answer me this... was Cotto the top welterweight before he fought Mosley? Certainly not definately above everyone else.

So why is Floyd already catching **** for this? He hasn't even had the chance to make a fight with him, because the Hatton fight hasn't ended.

          Got it?

Last 3 opponents, Joshua Clottey (30-1), Paul Williams (32-0) and of course Golden Johnson (25-7-3, who was a tuneup fight after losing his title in a close decision to Williams.) Not sure what you mean?

Well the same thing could be said of many fighters, especially Floyd, who bid his time vs guys not on his level until get got ahold of De La Hoya. If Margarito fights Golden Johnsons and Castillos only to get ahold of Cotto or Williams again, then all this talk on your part is for naught really. So we'll see.

Clottey is being offered for Cotto by Arum, so why would he take Margarito now? He would not. He obviously will take the bigger fight in Cotto.

Collazo has not done squat lately, and looked pretty bad vs Mosley who just lost convincingly to Cotto. Collazo is a high-risk low-reward fight...a frustrating southpaw. You are asking a lot of Margarito in this case and offering little.

I love Ouma, but he just lost to an utterly unknown fighter. His career may be over. He may be going downhill quickly. I love Ouma and would love to see him beat Margarito, but credibility in that fight is wanting as well.

You can take Clottey off and put Castillo on if he indeed fights him, then you will get the gist.

I agree that his last three fights haven't been bad, but there is absolutely no reason to be fighting two gimmes in a row. Agree?

because he said he didnt want to fight him TWICE..

and instead of fighting one of the MANY threats at welter ..he fights someone who looked horrible in his welter debut and went back down to have fights at JW..

Dont get me wrong these are good fighters but they lost their biggest fights.
                    So did Margorito.

If thats the case why dont he spilt from Arum since he is giving him ****ty fights? It seems like you're making excuses for him.
