    Let me check the scores:

Fight 1: Anek Hongtongkam 116-111, John Keane 115-111, Jerry Roth 115-111, all for Mayweather Jr.

Fight 2: Ken Morita 115-113, Larry O'Connell 116-113, Daniel Van de Wiele 115-113, all for Mayweather Jr.

Sounds like you are really holding your own in this thread.

You've managed to start saying that Castillo was less shot than De La Hoya in their respective bouts against Hatton and Mayweather Jr. Well done.

Round of applause for this genius, everyone please.

Calzaghe is 36 and Vargas 29, who would win at 168?

And last I checked Floyd beat Castillo twice...at 135 and 5 years ago. How does this justify Margarito fighting him?

oscar is not active, not even a fighter anymore. a promoter..

So in your estimation, Cintron and Williams are not top welterweights?

No really, everyone is actually respecting your take on boxing a whole lot more with every post you make.

Castillo is a lightweight coming off a KO loss at 140, and now Margarito wants him at 147. What bull****. Until Margarito decides to step up in class where its dangerous, I'm not going to acknowledge him as a top contender.
Then please, tell us what other fighters want to fight Margarito, and which ones give him more 'credibility'.

Margarito is a top contender at 147 whether anyone likes it or not.

i could care less. Floyds actions show he doesnt want the tougest fight, or to fight the most deserved challenger.. and in THIS case it's Cotto..

            its sad really

I'm not even gonna address this because it's another topic, but answer me this - is Castillo the "toughest fight" or the "most deserved challenger" for Margarito?

Do you not know that Floyd is fighting Ricky Hatton??? Hatton is a top 10 P4P fighter.

So there is only one fight for Floyd to make... with Cotto right?

And Floyd was supposed to know this before Cotto eeked out a close decision over Mosley, which has now validated him as the best fighter at 147 besides Mayweather.

Before the Mosley bout, it was a pretty close race with Cintron, Cotto and Williams.

Floyd hasn't had a chance to make a fight with someone after the Hatton fight, because... well... the Hatton fight hasn't happened yet.

that proves nothing, i'd rather see a rematch margarito vs clottey,
it will prove a lot more to the viewing public
