In America it's Pavlik and Mayweather and that's it. No one is really close. Cotto isnt American, and he doesnt have the same appeal being that he's so quiet and private.

Pavlik is an American white guy who can punch. He's also a likable guy. If he continues to win, the sky is the limit. Mayweather is a given because of the De La Hoya fight.
