Here's my advantages:

Floyd
Hand speed
Defense
Experience - Floyd has fought more good fighters with different styles

Hatton
Foot speed hatton is faster on his feet than floyd thats crazy
Punch output
Strength and power

Basically I see Hatton as the biggest strongest and fastest version of the kind of fighter that has given Floyd the most trouble (Chavez, Castillo etc) in his career. I also see one more advantage for Hatton which is not an innate one: Floyd thinks that Hatton is a lesser fighter than he actually is. This is the disadvantage that will prove to be decisive in my opinion.
