If it's a ctach weight then the RING will probably allow this to be a World Championship fight....like what happened to Winky and Hopkins were Hopkins' Ring Belt was on the line even though it was a catch weight.

I read that part of the negotiation is to fight at a catch weight of 132. If ss, will the WBC allow them to fight at a catch weight of 132 for the 130 belt. So many unanswered questions that we hope to be enlightened with as the signing of contract nears.

I don't think the WBC will allow this. If they fight at 132, Marquez will relinquish his belt. The Ring might give the winner the belt though.
