The WBO is respected more outside of America than the IBF, which means the IBF retains its title of "the joke belt" out of the big four.

Honestly, they're all pretty ****ty...but at least the Ring ostensibly holds itself out as beyond politics and businessmen. Unfortunately, the real belt organizations run the show and they work together hand in glove to keep the money rolling in. So we're stuck.
