    He's an all around good guy. I admire the fact that he goes into each fight with the intentions of taking his opponent out. He doesnt rely on doing just enough to win a points victory.

      the more i see of him the more i like him. a realy nice lad. would be so easy for him to be a scumbag, he's from an area where people shoot each other over spilled drinks in pubs

        If we're honest that's a pretty rare occurrence. Hatton has always been a scrapper though.

              It's getting a bit like that nowadays. In Ricky's day it was still fisticuffs and maybe a beerglass if you were unlucky.

                mexicans sure don't like him based off first impressions. His clinching is probably the most annoying thing I've ever seen in boxing, I can't really speak for the indivually minded mexicans on this board and elsewhere though.

                  ****in hell, my estates gone mad recently. 3 murders in the last 3 weeks, a 12 year old got shot in the face by mistake last week, the woman over the road from me had her house shot at (which hit her 7 year old kid in the knee) at in a case of mistaken identity last week and a 16 year olds from the bottom of my road just been convicted of killing his grandad and cuttin his head off cos he won £65,000 on the pools last year (tho he did beat him as a kid the ****)

                      I appreciate Hatton's humility. I think he is a good fighter. Nothing more or less. He is representing an entire ccountry, so I believe his abilities have been magnified more than they are worth. I definitely think he is a capable brawler. Maybe not the best boxer, but styles vary and some may enjoy his style. I definitely feel he's no slouch.
