As a person, he seems like a good guy. As a fighter, I don't understand why he thinks he's so exciting, but I think he's very good at what he does.

Sure, I think he is a real, down to earth, guy. I like what I've seen in his earlier fights more in terms of boxing, he tends to hold a bit much in his more recent ones. But still, an entertaining pressure fighter overall.

I have mixed feelings about him. Nice guy. Sometimes exciting (Kostya Tszyu fight), but other times really boring.

I think Ricky Hatton is great. In all honesty, I have only been following boxing seriously since the beginning of the year, but it was his fight against Urango and the behind the scenes look at Hatton that made him the first fighter that got me excited about boxing (his clinching does now annoy me though). Aside from that, I love that he's modest and also is pretty funny. He's definitely a people's champ and though I think Mayweather will beat him, my heart is with Hatton. He works hard and doesn't let his fame go to his head. I wish only good things for Ricky Hatton.
