Emmanuel Stewart is not impressing me at all as a trainer...
he's losing ground as a trainer i think.
Steward did good tonight. He gave him good advice. He was basically telling Cintron to give away rounds and let the guy punch himself out. He wanted Cintron to have something in the tank to put him away when the time was right, and he did. I did notice Cintron wasn't throwing his right hand. just left hooks.
and hes the man, cintron broke his hand early according to reports
check the sig
Cintron didnt hurt his hand to the extent he is saying...
I think stewart should have told him to box earlier on...
Saying that he would just tire himself out was a bad coaching move.. he could have had cintron knock feliciano out very convincingly ... but instead he got this alright stoppage.
Plus look what stewart has done to "Pat burns'" great fighter.....well thats of the past now because PB's lil boy might get knocked out in his rematch.

i didnt watch the fight, but i dont see how cintron clamming up is his fault.
ive never seen a fight where steward doesent give his fighter sound, honest and useful infight instruction.
emmanuel steward may not be the greatest of all time but hes certainly not out there ruining fighters for ****loads of money
I think Stewards only slip up as a trainer, was Jermain Taylor. Taylor already had a jab, and I think Steward was only worried about his Jab. He already had a jab! What Taylor needed/needs was to fix that winding up straight right of his. Thats a mean ass right hand, but he winds it up like he's tryin to throw a ****in curve ball or some **** instead of blastin that ***** straight out of his chest and into his opponents face. Not only that, but Jermain Taylor looks like he's trying to do long division in his head when he's in the ring lol, he looks ****in confused. I don't know how much that's Jermains fault or Stewards, but yeah, Stewards a solid Trainer.
Steward is still a very good trainer, he has transformed Wlad into an unstoppable killing machine. Some of his instructions tonight were a little odd though.
