Floyd's influence acting the way he does is a combination of Gangsta Rap (50 cent) and Ali himself.

I remember the first ep of the dlh/pbf 24/7. Floyd/Ellerbe were calling Oscar and his brother "bitches" because they avoid confrontation.

Oscar always did seem to squirm in the face of confrontation. He allowed both vargas and mayorga to punk him in pressers. Fortunately, he was better than those guys, and he could take his revenge in the ring.

But he isn't as good as Floyd, so he got punked in the pressers, and in the ring.

The rap culture has a foundation in confrontation: battle raps. Alot of guys take what Floyd says personally. PBF just does that to size a guy up. To gauge where his head is at. These dudes have been coming up short.

Notice that Floyd never said anything bad about Baldomir before or after the fight. For some reason, Floyd repects TaTa. Why is that?

He tried the Mr. Nice guy routine and it didn't get him anywhere. People had nothing to get excited about. He even pumped Baldomir up as a dangerous opponent who he takes very seriouosly and in return he got ridiculed for facing him.

Taking the "Breaking an opponent down and making him look as low as possible" approach just seems to work better.

I know he did survive cause oscar ran out of gas. I don't believe I'm even gonna comment anymore on pbf cause I honestly believe he is so overated . I will give him that he has had some good matches.But he has never fought wars in the ring to the likes of the legends he is saying he is better than. I'm just gonna wait till december 8th before i comment much more on pbf.
