the fight was good ,i´ve seen mayorga has improved a little bit his skills and his mentality...

an impressive result isnt it?a decission...everyone was picking a KO for this fight...no matter who was taking it. The mayorga´s punches are so difficult to parry because of his wildness throwing them, that right hand gave serious problems to vargas tonight...

The end with fernando saying all that "diosito" stuff again and again was really comic...

Yes, I have never gone into a fight out of shape. The way Fernando walked into that ring tonight was a ****ing disgrace. There is no way around it, it was a ****ing disgrace. No fighter should ever walk into a ring that fat especially AFTER having the weight limit raised AND getting an extra 2 months of training time.

I agree that he didn't looks his best but he wasn't looking like Toney IMHO. Maybe I need to see more pictures? I think something needs to be said that he lost 100LBS or so. That's amazing IMHO. However, I think "joke of a fighter' is not really a fair statement.

I knew I should've ordered this ****, and if Mayorga was actually as good as you guys say, I hope he starts fightin to win instead of tryin to **** around in the ring like he started doin after he smashed on forrest.

The fight was entertaining though so i dont have anything bad to say about Fernando. But I do agree though that if this was truly his farewell fight he should have come in alittle better conditioned. In this leaked training pics he looked like a beast, i dont know what happened over night it seemed. And Ricardo is freakin awesome lol, that guy is entertaining winning or losing. We need a few "bad guys" like him to keep the sport fun.

Yeah that was money well spent. I feel better after this PPV then after the DLH Mayweather & PAC vs Barerra II fights.

I watched it on SopCast so I didn't have the best resolution but here's a quick pic I found from goggling. Yes, not shreded but did he look as bad as some of the posts on here. Maybe he put on a TON of water weight that bloated him?

5-5 isnt unreasonable at all though. some tight rounds to score
