    Rather than beating the bag to failure (which tends not to lead to improvements) you're better going flat out and alternating periods of rest.

      In boxing the most important thing that you can do in the ring or in the workouts to keep from tiring so fast is to learn to relax. Loading up on every shot is not boxing, but I know that many work the bag that way.

      Remember to give an exhale whenever you throw a shot, keeps your oxygen replenished.

      However, most of your being tired is probably just in your head. Your not used to working muscles to that certain point and then past that point.

      It all comes in time. Keep swingin' away and in time you will find yourself throwing more punches per round. It just works that way......Rockin'

        Thanks guys a lot i would try doing more cardio like running and swimming and sprints along with training with rest i just needed to make sure


        How long until i see a little improvement?
        How many hours a day?
        How Many Days A Week?

        Because I Weight Lift At The Gym 5 Days A Week Not Heavy Weight Like Arnold lol Just Little Muscle Growth And Def But I Need To Start Training So Thats Why I Ask The Questions Here First

          Sorry For The Double Post But I Have Not Done Kick Boxing Like I Used To In About A Year So Does Anyone Know Any Good Training Videos I Can Watch Online Somehow? Youtube maybe? Im A Little Rusty And Need Some Refreshing
