Cotto is the most financially logical and most known opponent he can face. I dont remember hearing this excuse when he fought Baldomir or Gatti so why are you all even mentioning it? I can gaurantee that if he fights Cotto, the numbers will be bigger than Mayweather/Hatton. Lets see what happens. Has Cotto been trying to get the Mayweather fight? Well if he wants to fight Floyd, he should start calling him out, get himself ringside for the fight on the 8th. In PR it did more than 50,000 buys alone obviously in th US did more than 300,000 the point is cotto could make numbers he has a big fan base and he is' the #1 welterweight there is no excuse for floyd.
