****, its not even that, because technically you can do that in boxing and still win rounds. Its that his punches seem to do absolutely nothing at all. Mayorga wasnt landing cleanly, but it practically felt like Mayorga's blocked shots did more damage.
hell, sometimes it felt like the air coming off of Mayorga's missed punches did more than Spink's punches.

Yeah good point, I think it was clear Spinks had Nothing that could hurt Mayorga. Really you could say thats Ring Generalship at its best, Mayorga completely controled when and where they fought. Pretty much knocked him around the ring. Mayorgas D was pretty damn good if you think about it. Spinks didnt really land anything clean, nothing more than a one or two powershots and a few jabs.

Sounds, crazy, but Mayorga has underrated defense (when he uses it).

He was dodging Forrest pretty well in the early goings of both fights. Except when he let Vernon hit him in the 2nd fight.

He was off balance and falling backwards but it was a clean punch. Definite knockdown

Yeah he has his own way of avioding clean shots. Unless he wants them. That would be a bad feeling knowing you couldnt hurt who you were fighting.

Ive always said this, At 147 around 01-03, Mayorga was straight dangerous. I think when he started making millions it soften him up. Then kinda showed up for paydays.

Who you think won that 2nd Forrest fight?

I had Mayorga winning by a point. He swept the early rounds while Vernon was mentally still shaken up. Vernon came back dramatically starting in round 6, but Mayorga pushed himself in the champ rounds.

Thats pretty much what i had. I would give Forrest, 4 maybe 5 rounds. But the way Mayorga just knocked him around the ring and had him scared to punch, gave away the fight. I also thought their was a KD that didnt get called. Was it just me or did Forrest buckle to the canvas a few times, right when Mayorga charged forward.

In the early rounds, Forrest was falling all over the place from a combination of clinching and Mayorga's punches. Have you ever noticed how weirdly disproportionate Forrest is? He has a big upper body, but no legs to support him.

The 4th round of that fight was ridiculous. Hahaha..!

Lol ,i loved it. I made a thread about it the other day. Forrest does has some really really thin legs. Then ties his **** up to his knees for more support.lol.I like Forrest as a fighter, nobody has ever touched Mosely like Forrest.
