Worst ref ever.

Definietly a knockdown in 12 and and an early round (7?). Seemed pretty close to me though. I wasn't really keeping score, but I thought Mayorga won just from seeing it. Spinks looked good early, but man.

Still what a horrible ref...and commentators on Espn classic. Damn.

The commentators were Some Spinks nutthuggers for sure. The one Chris Bryd so it makes sense, If any two fighters had the same style its spinks and Bryd. But damn, Spinks clinched and held on a least 50 times. How can you win a fight holding on and running away. The ref was garbage.

I saw it only once (not tonight) and I think I thought Spinks won although I guess you shouldn't be able to take a man's title on a bicycle. In hindsight I guess DK though Mayorga could dust anyone but thats some bad matchmaking to put a pure boxer in against Mayorga.

I pretty much cant ever give Spinks rounds when I watch him fight. So I really dont trust myself when judging his fights. Im usually not biased, but Ill admit it when I am. And for some reason, Spinks never looks like he wins any rounds ever to me. I feel like Mayorga won 118-108. Nothing wrong with you, I think most are the same way. How can you give rounds to someone who holds and runs?

Spinks, "sliped" at least 6 times. A few I thought were KDs. Here one i could find.

The real question is, was this a knockdown?

Those point deductions really ****ed Mayo up. I definitely think the bodyshot "slip" was a legit knockdown. I think it's the last one (Round 12).
