Nice, youre going to Pagudpud thats a long drive though, you might touch down Vigan. I hope your cholesterol tolerance is up to par when you taste the Bagnet (deep fried pork) and Vigan longganisa (sausage). Pagudpud is a nice diving place and make sure you buy fresh fish catch down there, can be pretty cheap.
I also heard that Fort Ilocandia hotel has Russian and European **********s,.... ehem... off topic

LOL!!!
I love the bagnet and the impanada (spelling?)! Won't miss them for anything! First taste of them was some years back...During one of our first few trips to North Luzon.
Cholesterol be damned! LOL!!!
Fresh catch we will surely have! I remember they sold them right off the small boats docked on the beach. I believe they still do (?) From the boat to the grill!
Wife's done looking over my shoulder... About Fort Ilocandia...
LOL!!!!Comment

Yeah I was thinking of the empanada too but I forgot to tell bout it. About the fresh catch I think theyre selling it near the highway though if youre lucky yes they can sell their catch right away. I like the tuna sashimied though, the rest will have to go to the grill.
About Fort Ilocandia I think they have those whenever they have high rollers planing in from Macau and HK since they have an exclusive casino there. I havent checked it out but it seems you have to ask for the "bellboys" if there are any available Euro babes around hehehe. I have bank managers as contacts and they usually treat Manila visitors and VIPs there.Comment

Remember I told you that my wife and I work and play together? Well, that has always been more than a satisfactory arrangement. But, now I'm starting to regret it! And, I'm thinking that I am in the wrong trade. I should have been a banker!LOL!!!
Oh, yeah! Sashimi with that green stuff that's industrial strength hot?! Great one! The crabs, pal, don't forget the crabs! The prawns...! And those small oysters!
Oh boy! Can hardly wait!
I'll be driving to the north with the wife and a few friends. We'll have a foursome for a round of golf at Subic either tomorrow or the day after, then, go all the way to Pagudpud. Hope the weather cooperates.
Edit: Back to boxing, buddy. I heard Boom Boom Bautista is fighting again soon? Where and when? Is it anytime before the end of the month? I'm hoping to catch the fight before we fly home.Last edited by grayfist; 11-20-2007, 08:47 AM.Comment

Man thats quite a trip. Your playin at Mimosa? the green stuff you were referring to is called wasabi. Oh yeah the crabs how can i have forgotten that. BTW if soomebody asked you what seafood you want, ask for "barangan" is an ocean fish usually flat, very well loved by the Ilocanos. Pinoys are well known for hospitality but this is something they hide for themselves
Its nice cook with broth packs a punch in taste. laos the "malaga" which can be cooked steamed and goes well with mayonnaise. I guarantee this would be better than sex.
