If Oscar stopped Mayorga then Vargas also can, he looks really good for this fight.

Mayorga use to have a good chin but not anymore, I will go with Vargas by KO in the 6th round.

Anyway this is a fight between 2 washed up guys, I will def not pay for this fight.

He doesnt look like he is on roids before he did but i dont see it. He is in good shape but no where near as bulky or dry (steroids) as before.

You smell roids, I see roids. Vargas has a slight chance of winning because he actually had some skill before his career coming to a painful hault against Tito, then DLH got the left overs and then Mosely just embarassed him. Mayorga is all talk. did some against Tito;Paid the price. Dared against DLH: Paid the price. Now if Vargas shows some speed he will too destroy Mayorga. I was liking Mayorga after the Forrest fights, but then he just became a ranting little ***** who can't back up what he promises. I hate Vargas, because he is so "gangsta" and I hate Mayorga because he is so "gangsta" I won't pay to see this crap

Its a shame that vargas was rushed in the beginnig of his career because he had so much more potential, and had he been brought along gradually who knows what he could have done, but he gave us a lot of exciting fights and never backed down and that is why I have always loved him as a fighter. it sucks to see how he deteriorated over the years and due to that spinal injury it seems he cannot move his head at all anymore.

This fight could go either way, both of these guys had pretty good chins back in the day (With Mayorga's being far better of course) but I think they have both taken 1 too many beatdowns.
This is going to come down to chin and stamina, both guys can hit, and it could go either way.

I think these two are taylor made for each other but I still feel that vargas has more skill and mayorga has no defense and throws punche to wide and will leave himself open to be hit. I'm gonna go with vargas if he is relatively healthy
