I've only read the first page of this thread, so maybe someone has alredy expressed my opinion..

The object of fighting is to hit and not get hit back, so to trash floyds style may make sense as a fan, but as a fighter you can't get much better than that.

The only real way to judge if he has a real chin is to watch him get popped. Speculating on how well he can take a punch is just that.... speculation.
