are you suggesting woods belongs in the same ring as calzaghe now as well?? i like clinton woods and i think he's a very solid fighter but i think joe would box circles around him, even at the higher weight

I am a Woods fan, very much an improved fighter and a Calzaghe at the top of his game would prob win but it would be a close fight.

its possible, i think clinton has become a much more rounded fighter and his jab and right hand could give joe problems but he's too mechanical imo. i'd much rather see a froch fight over a fight with woods

yep, agree, Woods has a very european style very stiff back upright, froch is not that much diffrent, but he dose have something about him that just puts him above Woods.

froch has the power which he throws from awkward angles and he doesn't have to set himself to produce it.... dont get me wrong i think froch is a dangerous opponent but joe would be a heavy favourite and i'd expect him to win. maybe once calzaghe has fought in america and took a couple of scalps over there he can finish with a fight against froch in cardiff.... that will give carl a chance to increase his own stock as well

He only has a few fights left and wants as much money as possible and sadly Froch does not offer that.

Calzaghe is doing Froch a favour.

If Froch does not fight Calzaghe his career will continue to advance until such time comes that he deserves a well earned title shot.

If Froch does fight Calzaghe he will be humilated and would never again be able to go for a world title.

My advice to Froch is....."Dont bite more than you can chew" ! Go after an easier target for your own sake.
