I've noticed on a few threads that there are some people who dislike cotto. I just want your inputs why because i honestly don't see any reason to dislike the guy.

Everyone was Cotto's "Kryptonite" until they left the ring sad...and uncertain.no need for hate i agree.....cotto does what he has to to win fights......his managment has taken care of him well................but when the day comes that he has to fight Tony.....he wil be KOed.......there styles just tell you that........margarito is iron jawed compared to cotto...........i love cotto but .......im not blind to the fact that he is tailor made for tony........tony is his kryptonite
Margarito is no hero, he is avg skillwise at best and his power is overrated. He lost to Clottey by way. A one handed Clottey.Comment

Exactly, I love the way everyone seems to know how to beat Cotto but when they get in the ring they come out losing. I think Tony is a perfect match for Cotto. Cotto abuses Margarito and sends him back to Mexico to manage his restaurants for good. I was at atlantic city that night front & center and witnessed Clottey putting it on him in impressive fashion until he broke his hand.Last edited by Soldier01; 11-15-2007, 10:14 AM.Comment

He would have been if he low blowed judah like two more times. but I see what your saying man. I honestly think that those low blows didn't affect judah that much that he couldn't finish the fight. I think the fight would have went the same way IMO. Reason being is that it occurred early in the fight. Judah had plenty time to recover and come back strong. But given Judah's habit of fading in the later rounds that didn't happen. That reason is why I believe cotto would have still won regardless of the low blows. I mean he's still wrong for doing it but I think it would have still been a "W" for Cotto.Comment
