Yeah its a very good movie. I also rented it a few months back.
I read that at one point Mancini landed 39 unanswered punches in the 13 round. Unbelievable the fight wasn't stopped. But, looking back now and knowing the referee committed suicided later, he obviously regretted his actions (or lack thereof).
I've never seen this fight so i can't say if Kim was dodgeing some shots or not.
